ABOUT JORDAN LUTCHMAYA
My role is to build enterprise partnerships. In doing so, I must align technology to the goals of the business; to not only transform the capabilities of the enterprise, but show that it pays for itself and goes on doing so. I am a data-driven and ambitious Account Director who is passionate about customer relationships and achieving results. I have grown my skills from business development to an enterprise role working across a number of sectors: financial services, insurance, government, pharmaceuticals, to name a few. 1E has saved some companies millions of dollars a year by making the service desk faster and the user’s experience better. I can throw some numbers at you, we have proactively avoided tickets by 10-15%, we’ve automated incident KBA or Runbooks and decreased resolution time. We even made useful virtual agents (ones that do stuff, not just tell you what to do). Not only this, but we have been able to manage the employee experience, device performance, analyse hardware and proactively ensure that issues are fixed before a ticket is raised. In short, 1E can help IT proactively manage assets, employees and devices across all service levels.
