Manage 40 clinical staff across four Mobile Clinic teams to deliver clinical services to care for over people experiencing homelessness across LA County, coordinating over total clinics since program launch- Coordinate service delivery and housing assistance between regional homeless service providers, LA City Council districts, and LA County Supervisorial districts in Service Planning Areas 3, 6, 7, and 8- Key collaborator in establishing high level structure and protocols for the new LA County Department of Homeless Services and Housing, working directly with executive leadership across multiple agencies including the City of Los Angeles, LAHSA, and LA County CEO Homeless InitiativeThe Regional Manager provides administrative oversight and technical support to geographically-assigned, DHS-contracted Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that are implementing street-based outreach and engagement via Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) serving People Experiencing Homelessness (PEH) throughout Los Angeles County. As part of the Housing for Health street-based leadership team, they are responsible for planning, directing, implementing and monitoring SBE contracted providers in an assigned Service Planning Area (SPA). This involves ensuring provider adherence to the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) Street-based Services Statement of Work for providers serving unsheltered PEH that have complex health and / or behavioral health conditions, high utilizers of public services, and other vulnerable populations.
