Nichelle infuses her executive management skills into local government through managing a project slate. She is currently a lead on the Clairvia (Oracle Health) and Workforce software multi-year implementation project team. Previously she developed project management tools to aid the most senior leaders in managing the rapidly changing COVID-19 crisis at DHS. Additionally, she created a dynamic dashboard enabling executives to make more informed contract labor decisions. Project scope included a listening tour of senior executives across multiple functions and county facilities, current state assessment and recommendations report, benchmark and best practices survey and report, dashboard build, change management and continuous improvement. Nichelle facilitated the redesign of the People Services web page further demonstrating Nichelle\'s communication and organization skills. Nichelle started at DHS as a FUSE Executive Fellow then stayed an additional year as a FUSE Executive Advisor before transitioning into her current role as a permanent employee.FUSE Corps is a national nonprofit that partners with local government agencies on a range of issues, including economic and workforce development, healthcare, public safety, climate change, and education. FUSE fellows help craft new policy, roll out new public services, and improve existing programs in order to better serve communities.
