As Resourcing Manager, I am directly involved in the strategic side of the recruitment process. This roll requires me to take a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates and cutting down overall costs of resourcing. The role also requires me to oversee a team of resourcing staff, carrying out daily resourcing tasks from our in house consultants. I pride myself on being able to support my colleagues in sourcing and screening ideal candidates to send to clients in order to fill job vacancies. At G&E, this means using a range of research techniques to find the best candidates. We do this via use of our extensive talent pool, network and knowledge.
