ABOUT JORDAN REYNOLDS

I work in Amazon’s Global Project Management Office as a Program Manager, leading the execution of large, multi-project programmes across Europe. My current portfolio covers continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives across multiple business units and hundreds of sites, with combined CAPEX/OPEX of over $60MM and an overall energy impact of around 70 GWh.Although my wider team supports programmes across North America and Europe, my day-to-day focus is on European operations. I’m responsible for programme governance, engineering resource coordination, execution tracking, and reporting to senior leaders up to Director level, making sure complex workstreams stay aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and regional compliance requirements.I come from an engineering maintenance and reliability background, which helps me stay close to delivery while managing risk, dependencies, and timelines at scale.
