ABOUT JORDAN PHILLIPS

I am a strategic and solutions-driven professional with deep experience navigating complex healthcare and compliance landscapes at Genentech since 2015. My career highlights include leading the successful launch of Ocrevus Zunovo, where I trained and supported over 100 Patient Navigators while collaborating with teams across marketing, QCO, and legal to optimize the Navigator Call Guide. I’ve held impactful roles such as Esbriet Case Manager, Patient Navigator on the Neuroimmunology team, and Foundation Specialist with the Genentech Patient Foundation—each focused on driving patient-centric solutions.Recently, as a Planning Lead within the ASPS Quality & Compliance Office (QCO), I contributed to innovative projects, including advancing the AI Notebook Language Model for improved SOP accessibility and creating operational resource guides to streamline processes. I also lead the SOP Process Owner Community of Practice, fostering alignment and best practices across controlled documents.This year, I played an integral role on the One Compliance planning team for Genentech’s Compliance Week, helping engage over employees across multiple sites and virtually. My efforts ensured accountability, raised awareness of compliance teams\' impactful work.Beyond my professional achievements, I serve as Chairman of the Genentech PNW Golf Club, which raises thousands of dollars annually for Portland-based charities. I’m a proud graduate of UC Riverside (B.A. in Business Finance) and the University of San Diego (M.S. in Healthcare Informatics). Originally from San Francisco, I now call Portland home, where I enjoy golfing, attending music festivals, traveling with my wife, and rooting for my favorite Bay Area sports teams.
