As a sourcer for Alexander Mann Solutions, I was involved in the recruitment for varied volume roles for clients. In this role I had to call candidate who had applied to the internal recruitment system of my respective clients, screen them to find out their suitability and qualification for the role and reject or progress them through to an interview stage. I would also answer questions about the roles I would be hiring for and try to build a fantastic recruitment experience for the candidates who had applied.I was also one of the first on my team to receive 1 of a limited number of LinkedIn licenses, by showing an initiate to source on LinkedIn before even receiving a license. I would be involved with using Boolean Strings and my market knowledge to actively find, message and arrange screening calls with new possible candidates and explain the role and relevant information to them.
