Oversight of Fly Market Advertising Efforts: a. Oversee the Strategic Marketing Plan to ensure: 1) Visitation to New Mexico (from targeted national audience) continues to increase; 2) Impact of advertising resonates with consumers to ensure strong brand affinity; 3) Brand engagement across all mediums continues to grow via websites, digital and social media and Vacation Guide orders; 4) Positioning amongst competitive set states remains strong and NMTD advertising expenditures continues to grow our share of voice marketing tactics and plan; 5) Brand magnetism remains strong and that we continue to attract a younger visitor to the state; 6) Intent to visit (and repeat visits) begin to show improvements; 7) Improved performance as a primary destination (versus pass through visits); and 8) The percentage of New Mexicans choosing to vacation in their own state continues to improve.2. Oversight of Digital and Social Media Advertising Efforts and Management of Employees a. Oversee and maintain three (3) websites and manage the maintenance of six (6) new web pages for each region in New Mexico: b.
