I have the pleasure of serving in Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s Leadership Development Program, serving Team Members and Guests at Company Operated Restaurants as well as Owner/Operators and Field Talent Staff at New Restaurant Openings. This 24- to 36-month program is designed to equip participants with uniquely meaningful and challenging experiences where real life and real work meet real growth. In my role, I support our Company Operated Restaurants through the transition process by ensuring restaurants are operationally sustainable and developing leaders through progress over perfection.
