Spend time working as an HR Business Partner to multiple managers across the company. This work consists of business planning related to hiring needs, executing hiring strategy after qualifying job requisitions, going through the full cycle recruiting process, and on boarding employees. I am handle employee relations situations as they arise and meet with employees for career coaching conversations. Additionally, my current work is about 85% passive recruiting for specialized roles related to the music industry such as pro audio sale engineers, band and orchestra string luthiers and repair techs, etc. Lastly, I oversee our company\'s annual internship program that runs through the summer.
