ABOUT JON SASTRE

Enterprise AI and Cloud Sales Executive with 25+ years driving long term value through direct customer acquisition and strategic solution delivery. Spent 4 years at AWS consistently exceeding goals while specializing in AI/ML adoption across Fortune 500 Financial Services accounts. Skilled in consultative C-suite selling, complex multi-year contract structuring, and orchestrating partner ecosystems to accelerate enterprise sales cycles. Adjunct Professor at Florida International University teaching AI/Data Strategy with deep technical background (Masters in MIS, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MCDBA). Mr. Sastre has over three decades of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He has demonstrated skills in a wide range of methods including management, training, technical, intrapreneurial & entrepreneurial. Mr. Sastre has extensive teaching and educational background with over 20 years delivering live and distance-learning based instructor led training. He has also earned several degrees and many leading technology certifications. Previously recently Mr. Sastre has focused Digital/Enterprise Big Data Transformation Projects for large enterprise customers. Prior to that, Sastre led Conquest Technology Services through an outstanding growth period nearing 20 years resulting in a two year sale process with various bidders. Conquests\' achievements included winning the Microsoft Partner of the Year award in different years, in different categories. Sastre, has also served on the nonprofit board for the Greater Miami Cancer Support Community and the Microsoft Partner Association, locally and nationally and ultimately being elected as the global president for the association.
