ABOUT JONNY GOLDSTONE
For 20 years, I have founded, scaled and exited businesses, and worked on turnarounds and liquidations. I discovered EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) in 2017, as part of the turnaround of Green Tomato Cars, the company I co-founded and sold in 2010. I rejoined the business before its second sale to Addison Lee, and with the help of EOS, we achieved a remarkable turnaround, and significant, profitable growth.Seeing the value of EOS, I undertook training to become a Professional EOS* Implementer. I put my experience as an entrepreneur, alongside my passion for business science and coaching, to the best possible purpose - helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Now I work with Founders and Senior Leadership Teams of privately held companies, teaching and coaching them to- achieve absolute clarity around their vision - what they are doing, and why- maximise traction in turning their vision into reality - how they are going to achieve their goals, with the right people in the right roles; and- enjoy a healthy working environment - where everyone is engaged and accountable, and knows they have a voice in the business.I enjoy working with people who have a healthy level of self-awareness, humility and an open-minded approach to coaching, to optimise their business and their life.
