As a Senior Recruitment and Retention Consultant, it is my role to build and maintain successful relationships with clients and candidates alike. By utilising knowledge gained through my Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification and my experience across a range of different sectors over the last year and a half, I am able to make intelligent and informed introductions between a hiring business and a job seeker. A key element to my success within this role is to ensure that these introductions are not only beneficial, but that individuals are introduced to businesses whose values and ambition align with theirs and can ultimately provide a meaningful career for the candidate. This is achieved by taking the time to develop a thorough understanding of both clients and candidates.
