As a manager I work to create the foundation that my team can use to help build our \"full stack\" together. While accomplishing my own tasks, I find ways to enable people to learn in a fast paced environment where people normally do not have time to worry about anything but their own tasks. I incorporate learning for my teammates in all of my projects and try to reinforce good development practices.As a player/coach I mainly perform the following functions:Platform Management & Development• Lead PHP developer, but also skilled in React, SysOps/DevOps, CI, and even IT• Lead projects from start to end, architecting solutions based on the client\'s needs, not based on expedience• Use LLMs and communicate with them effectively• Manage WordPress implementation and optimization• Develop WordPress themes from scratch with a specific focus for enabling my team and clients to step in on a content management or development level• Manage Drupal implementation and optimization• Develop Drupal themes from scratch, once again with a specific focus for enabling my team and clients to step in on a content management or development level• Actively investigate, troubleshoot, and create solutions for clients within their web applicationsTechnical Oversight• Serve as the digital project management lead• Oversee CMS architecture decisions with security in mind• Ensure scalability into the future, including forward looking incorporation of AI support• Ensure that the things we make are usable by all stakeholders• Communicate technical objectives with clients and team members• Help plan out projects with traditional project managers, artists, accounts, and any other stakeholder in the organizationTeam Support• Thoughtfully delegate work to team members based on assessed difficulty and experience required• Share technical expertise with teammates• Create technical-related courses for teammates• Teach practical lessons related to my own courses
