Companies usually bring me in when transportation starts feeling harder than it should or spend outpaces revenue. Rising parcel and freight costs, limited visibility, disconnected carrier strategies, and teams managing freight in silos are the most common challenges I\'ve solved in my 10 years in logistics. My role is to help simplify that complexity by finding the gaps in their supply chain processes and introducing strategies that reduce costs and allow my clients create better experiences for their customers. That work focuses on gaining better control of parcel and freight spend, aligning the right carrier strategy for the business and leveraging technology to make transportation easier for cross-functional teams to manage.I take a practical, collaborative approach to understand how decisions are made internally and help them move from reactive transportation management to a more intentional, data-driven strategy.
