Creation and Revision of CoA/CoC for Bulk, Intermediate and Final Products- Management of Warehouse Deliveries for the QC team to allow timely release of items for other departments such as Production- Liaising with the QA, Warehouse, Planning and Production departments to form a robust chain of communication- Receipt and Processing of incoming Goods Reference documents for Raw, Packaging and Ancillary Materials- Sampling Goods awaiting release to packing lines and ensuring testing is completed within an acceptable timeframe- Revision and development of Standard Operating Procedures and other controlled documents- Management of Stability Trials including Protocol, Stability Initial, Intermediate and End of Shelf-life Reports- Enforcing Kaisen 5S Leansix Sigma Principles within the QC laboratory- Maintaining compliance with Good Documentation Practice, Regulatory Standards (MHRA) and Customer Requirements- Responsibility for ordering QC inventory in liaison with the Finance Department- Constructing product and material profiles using European and British Pharmacopoeias.
