Responsible for the planning and delivery of Howden’s global hospitality programme throughout their partnership with the 2025 British & Irish Lions. • Account lead for creation of bespoke hospitality builds and venue take-overs in Dublin and Australia for guests; managing vendors, contractors, rights holders and suppliers; ensuring compliance with client and company policies, operational excellence and safety standards.• Develop strategic guidance for the client on event concepts, program designs and execution plans throughout the partnership.• Coordination of all internal, client and 3rd Party staff, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are set out to achieve highest standard of delivery.• Management of client-friendly account documents including status updates, itineraries/schedules, guest communications and internal briefing documents; ensuring best practice is implemented across the team.• Delivery of satellite hospitality events celebrating the partnership as well as supporting regional offices/markets with bespoke local activations, ensuring consistency across all activities reflecting the brand partnership narrative. • Assisting the client in implementing reporting mechanisms to demonstrate impact of partnership and ROI; as well as identifying opportunities for business growth.
