At Starfish, Jonny is responsible for managing the team and leading the delivery of recruitment and consulting services to a number of key clients.Over the last couple of years Jonny has been operating as the Resource Manager inside one of the largest Portfolio management offices in central government, this has enabled him to gain a stronger knowledge of talent acquisition in the heart of NZ’s public sector. With an extensive sales and account management background, Jonny’s recruitment mantra is simple: Authentic trusted client relationships with candidate care is pivotal mixed with a passion to truly understand how we can provide value and assist clients with solving their key issues.
