ABOUT JONATHAN BROAD
I combine the spirit of librarianship with the practices of engineering in order to build software products with a range of target audiences, from design-sensitive e-commerce applications to security-sensitive and regulated healthcare applications using clinical automation and integration. I quickly win the trust and respect of those responsible for the business as a whole, and understand, inspire, and lead those adept at implementing technological solutions. From my roots in librarianship\'s ethos of customer service, my career took me to large-scale website information design, programming, systems design (and most importantly, evolution!), engineering development operations and management, while working closely with cross-functional product teams to bring ideas to market. My deep passion is for building and working with inclusive teams of skilled people to do amazing things. Currently looking for a new opportunity.
