The Digital Editor has an interest in all things digital, not least the website, but also social media and MailChimp generated e-newsletter \'Trench Lines\'. The team has grown and would always benefit from additional volunteers as the tasks are ever expanding and the demands of digital ever increasing in their scale, complexity and opportunity. Content is acquired from contributors as articles with text, images, maps, while we also have a regular stream of podcasts and video. Otherwise items are researched or transferred from magazines Stand To or Bulletin and uploaded constantly to the website then shared to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Intentions to enhance and refresh the website are mooted then actioned via our external website developer. Analytics for the website, social media and Trench Lines are checked on constantly and subsequent reports are published quarterly and annually and there is frequent communication with others by email and video conference.

Specialties: My career has been largely spent beyond a camera as a director and producer with some 150 big name credits for promotional and training films, linear and interactive, broadcast, streamed and online, even some broadcast TV and a couple of short films (drama) in France and for Channel 4. Scripts optioned. Agent for writing and directing. Digital Editor - The Western Front Association since May 2015.
