Commercially-focused senior finance leader with 20yrs+ in financial controllership, people management & development, organizational strategy, business partnering, and financial modelling & reporting. My career to date encompasses high-growth start-ups (including being the first finance hire in the location concerned), private-equity backed enterprises, and listed multinationals in the technology industry, consumer goods (covering both B2B and B2C), plus education, life sciences and healthcare staffing. In addition to a full spectrum of technical knowledge and skills, my big passions are people development and organisational culture; I am a firm believer that when all staff are enabled, challenged, resourced, supported and developed - not even the sky is the limit. Finally, creativity is my thing - inside and outside of work - I\'m an avid brewer, baker, carpenter and musician whenever I get the chance.
