ABOUT JONATHAN PLUMMER
I have worked for Hawk Training for the past 13 Years specialising in Early Years Apprenticeships and recently been promoted to Head of Early Years. I completed my Level 5 Operational Management Standard with CMI and have a vast range of knowledge and skills within this role. Building firm relationships built on Trust, Integrity and Honesty are key characteristics that have helped me grow and develop since joining. Over the past 18 months I have grown in confidence in my role and have a high level of resilience that has supported me throughout. I am passionate about seeing people in any walk of life learn, develop and grow to meet their full potential.
