I have worked with Hawk Training for over 20 years. Training and delivering Apprenticeships and Standards in various occupations. I am also an IQA where I manage a team to ensure quality standards and motivate them to excel in their career pathways. I also mentor new tutors. I Teach functional skills to support with career goals and further their development in meeting their plans. Learning and Development accredited. My goal is to train and support people to exceed and meet their full potential in work and life. I also deliver excellent customer service to all Employers that I meet and build good long professional relationships. making sure that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations. I have been in the sector for many years now and have a vast amount of knowledge.
