I lead sponsorships and partnerships for OBC. A community of founders, professionals, and creators I own the full cycle: building the pipeline, crafting packages, pitching, closing, and activating partnerships across our events, content, and year-round programs.Responsibilities- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of sponsor prospects aligned to OBC’s audience and values- Design tiered packages (event, series, annual) with clear deliverables, pricing, and ROI- Lead discovery, tailor pitches, negotiate terms, and secure renewals/upsells- Activate benefits end-to-end: brand placement, speaking slots, content integrations, booths, lead capture, and hospitality- Track KPIs and produce post-event reports, case studies, and renewal plans- Test new inventory and pricing (newsletter, podcast, digital content, room naming, scholarships)- Represent OBC with a high-trust, high-service partner experience.
