Reporting to Division CFO & dotted to Regional Managing Director, responsible of leading the Insulation Business Finance department for Latin America & Global Appliances (FP & A + Controllership + Plant Controlling) 3 manufacturing sites, 7 fabrication centers and 1 distribution center, annual revenue of US$350MM & FTE’s, sales in 27 countries, by designing, articulating and implementing the financial strategy to maximize value, profitability and cash flow for the region. Business Partner and member of the leadership team managing both businesses; provide direction to the region as well as acting as a liaison with corporate office. Provide early warning to of risks to achieve financial plans Reporting. Hand-in-hand business partner defining, measuring and executing long term strategy for Latin America while facing adverse macroeconomic and competitive head winds.\\\\nResponsible for monthly close, budget preparation and control, variance reports to headquarters, long range plan, monthly forecast preparation, commercial strategy valuation and advisory (business partnering), high impact project valuation – implementation, manufacturing costs (actual vs std) and driving efficiencies through the operation processes, capex control, treasury, tax, credit and collection, AP and Internal Control.\\\\nFully responsible for the Social Responsibility Plan though follow up and implement all initiatives by leading the directive team with specific community engagement actions based on pillars; Community, Government, Employees, Talent and Sustainability.\\\\nTotal team of 38 headcount, 6 direct reports across LATAM / USA + dotted team of 30 heads in Shared Services located in MxC.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
