ABOUT JONATHAN EASTON

Jonathan is a pharmaceutical sales and marketing executive with extensive local, regional and global experience across the marketing spectrum including strategy development and execution, launch, market access, sales force build and management with a history of driving growth and achieving competitive advantage in both primary and speciality care. Significant Global launch experience, P&L management on multimillion dollar, multi product lines of business, Joint Venture collaboration and portfolio management experience along with in-licensing integration.In his previous company, as European Brand Lead for HIV within the European BMS Virology franchise Jonathan was responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing EU commercial strategies across 19 markets. Jonathan worked extensively across the commercial organisation and matrix functions including Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, Finance, Legal and Compliance and collaborated closely with the regional commercial teams building alignment. He reported to the Virology Disease Area Lead for Europe.Jonathan became Country Brand Lead for the HIV brands Sustiva and Atripla in the UK in 2006. Prior to this he served as Regional Business Manager within the UK Cardiovascular division. Jonathan joined BMS as Strategic Planning Manager in 2002.Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb Jonathan worked in Business Development for Bioglan Pharma and was a member of their UK management team.Jonathan has worked in 3 different countries and held positions of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He has worked on a wide range of therapeutic areas across Primary Care, Speciality Care, Generics and Consumer Brands and has worked in several joint venture partnerships in different therapeutic areas.
