ABOUT JONA MCKNIGHT

I’m a senior creative leader with 18+ years of experience delivering brand, retail, and content-led creative across fast-paced, high-volume environments. I currently lead creative and production for The Perfume Shop, supporting a UK & ROI estate of over 210 stores and delivering 15+ national campaigns per year across retail, digital, social, video, TV, and print. I manage and mentor an in-house creative team while working closely with marketing, brand, customer experience, and external partners to ensure creative output is consistent, relevant, and commercially effective. My background spans global brands, retail, and agency-style environments — from international sports licensing at New Era, to large-scale rebrands and rollouts at Bewley’s and Physical Company. I’m most comfortable where creative vision, operational delivery, and team leadership intersect. Alongside my core role, I act as an AI representative within the business, staying current with emerging creative technologies and exploring how they can be applied practically to workflows, production, and campaign development. I’m particularly interested in roles where creativity, leadership, and modern thinking are valued equally — whether that’s brand-side or agency-side.
