Exploring opportunities to reduce Co2 within transport using data, we successfully introduced HVO onto our fleet, with LSTs,CNG, Electric and further carbon saving initiatives in the pipeline, also actively pushing CSR to give back to communities in local areas.Act as the primary communication conduit between the company and its customers on operational key performance indicators and service level agreements. • Act as the primary internal operational link, forming relationships with the operation management business units. • Manage operational performance including primary trunking and final mile (radial), execution plans, sub-contractors, claims, stock holding, returns and customer service processes. • In conjunction with Finance ensure the account operates in line with budget expectations. • Monitor and control key contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained, and the Company\'s procedures and objectives are achieved • Developing, building, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships. Achievements during this role:Implementing Co2 reducing HVO into the fleet as a joint initiative between Menzies/Ball/Coca-ColaPart of the team introducing CNG units to Menzies to help our customers and Menzies achieve Co2 reduction goalsImproving reporting, specifically Co2 reporting to clients, identifying trends and highlighting ways to reduce Co2 Identifying new technologies to reduce costs/Co2/ head count, create business cases for implementation Taking data to identify any service weak spots and trends, implementing a solution to fix issues Identifying and submitting industry award documentation to help Menzies/Ball achieve industry recognition Planning/running CSR events to give back to local communities
