Welding Engineer with 30+ years of experience in a variety of different manufacturing settings such as Oil and Gas, automotive, heavy fabrication, high speed manufacturing and automation including robotic welding. I have hands on experience with the following processes: Manual and automated Mig, Flux Core, Tig, Sub-arc, Sub-arc strip overlay, Projection welding, Friction Welding, Laser welding, Electron Beam welding, Manual and Automated Brazing, Induction brazing, Disassociated Ammonia Furnace brazing, Plasma welding and cutting, and Robotic welding programming. I have experience qualifying procedures to the following codes, AWS D1.1, ASME Section Section IX, DNV OS-F101, EEMUA-158, ABS, API 1104, API 617 7th Ed, NACE MR0103/SP0472, NACE MR0175, ASME B31.3. I have experience with welding a wide variety of materials such as 304, 316, 409, 410, CA6NM, superduplex and duplex stainless steels, chemistry controlled carbon steel casting, forgings, and plate, Inconel 625, alloy steels F22, 4330, 4130, 4140, 8620, EH36, 2H Gr 50, A514 as well as Aluminum alloys 6061T-6, 5052, 5083.
