As a Senior Customer Success Manager, my main focus is to be the internal champion for all of my existing customer base and to help my customers achieve full value from the Alert Logic solution. I work closely with all teams within Alert Logic (Sales, On-boarding, Technical, Product, Engineering etc.) to ensure my customers receive excellent support and value during all stages of the customer journey. I look to offer continuous support and training of product capabilities and also to act as the primary point of contact for any account queries, escalations and concerns to ensure a high level of service and continued value is always delivered to our customers. Key Role Responsibilities; • Account Retention accountability for existing customers. • Account management and support. • On site Business Reviews. • Continuous account health checks and account recommendations. • Cross department service delivery management. • Drive long-term account satisfaction and growth. • Account Health management and monthly reporting. • Organises and facilitates technical and product support meetings. • Facilitator between internal Alert Logic teams e.g. Engineering and customers. • Develop strong working relationships with assigned customers, and ensure all account management documentation and administration is up to date. • Contributes to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets. • Drive customer success and align within complex customer environments at executive and department levels.
