As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I\'m mainly responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business from an Operations perspective. I sort out the utilities, technology, legalities, HR issues and contractual sides of the day to day running of the business. With my experience in Sales I also have a keen eye on Data Analysis, forecasting, sales pipelines, business development and managing business performance against projections.More importantly than that, I\'m focussed on ensuring our culture and vision are communicated and enabled throughout the business, and helping to constantly provide the tools and environment for our colleagues to feel fulfilled and able to bring their best selves to work. Even more importantly, able to take their best selves home from work to their families at the end of every day.
