During my tenure I have upgraded people management to drive the performance of the existing businesses and enable the future acquisitions envisioned within the BLG Vision. Specific achievements include developing a people strategy, establishing a reward philosophy, updating executive incentivisation, a radical simplification of succession planning, establishing clear & impactful approaches to Inclusion and Health & Wellbeing, updating the Bibby values and consolidating the HR function across the group with shared Centres of Expertise and HR Operations teams to deliver a £500k per annum reduction in HR costs at the same time as improving the contribution the function makes to the business.
