ABOUT PAUL GALLICHAN-TODD
Here\'s the dilemma. Organizational learning is a massive investment, your employees are extremely busy and if we don\'t drive learning, your employee engagement and retention will suffer. My USP is driving organisational learning culture. That means breathing life into learning, to lead it, to make it easy to access and evaluate impact. I have delivered this in many guises, especially in global L&D roles. This is built on a solid foundation of psychology, designing, delivering and managing learning strategy. This is my passion! My approach is to build a great internal network and use engaging communication to make learning an easier experience. I do this by collaborating closely with the business, HR, line managers (the source of 70% of each employee\'s engagement) and internal communications teams. My experience in sectors including life sciences, automotive and technology enables me to empathize and get to the heart of what people need.
