Spare Parts order for Preventive Maintenance Schedule/Corrective Maintenance Schedule.Preparing warranty claims/ warranty reports.Receiving Shipment and checking according to order/maintaining warehouse.Segregating the parts in respective location in warehouse. Preparing / packing outgoing deliveries.Follow up with the Customs department for outgoing deliveries.Follow up with the Chamber of Commerce for getting certificate of origin.Emergency Preparedness & Fire Prevention First Aid.Overall control of RIG Warehouse, Keep the Materials in Minimum Maximum Level, Procure Materials for the Operation as per the request from departments, Keep track with materials which are on request and on order, Receive Materials on board, Check them and stack them on the shelves & enter the receipt in the inventory system, Make procurement incidental report for shortage or damage of materials. Dispatch materials to town for repair and return with cargo manifest. Cyclic test count of materials, Annual inventory of materials, Make month end reports, proper filing of records every day. Managing all aspects of logistics.Preparing & managing logistics & transport budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate
