I am a strategic fundraising and communications executive with a proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-stakes campaigns, and leading province-wide organizations. My approach is rooted in a simple but powerful leadership question:\"Are we set up for success?\" By aligning teams around clear goals, targeted research, and data-informed strategies, I build sustainable, high-ROI programs that cultivate trust and long-term donor loyalty.Most recently, as an independent consultant leading the fundraising program for the Saskatchewan NDP’s 2024 Provincial Election, I designed and executed a multi-channel strategy that exceeded our fundraising target by 45% in just 28 days. Overseeing all aspects of donor engagement from concept to execution, I authored comprehensive campaign communications and strategic scripts that maximized every opportunity. As 2024 Provincial Campaign Director Cheryl Oates noted, my \"strategic and relational approach cultivated trust and loyalty among donors and energized our supporter network.\"Prior to consulting, I served as a Development Officer at the University of Regina, where I managed a major gift portfolio and successfully secured numerous five- and six-figure gifts. I pride myself on aligning a donor’s philanthropic goals with institutional priorities, crafting persuasive proposals, and elevating team capabilities through custom training initiatives in data analysis and capital campaigns.In my earlier role as Chief Executive Officer of a provincial organization, I oversaw operations, budgeting, crisis management, and strategic direction, reporting directly to the board. I modernized our digital marketing and fundraising operations, significantly increasing online donations to consistently raise approximately $1 million annually. Throughout my career, I have also served as Provincial Campaign Manager for three Federal Election Campaigns and six Provincial By-elections, and have facilitated campaign and media workshops across North America.I am deeply committed to advancing the philanthropic sector, having authored A Comprehensive Roadmap to Donor Prospect Research in Canada. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and have completed the requirements for the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.
