Comply with scheduled inspections on aircraft and aircraft components in the Service Center. • Return aircraft to service after all maintenance is complete. • Conducts research of customers Aircraft and Engine Logbooks for Aircraft Records Condition Survey (ARCS). • Identifies discrepancies in Aircraft and Engine Logbooks and annotates items in Corridor for correction. • Review Customers Aircraft and Engine Log Books for Time Limit Maintenance Checks and Life Limited Parts per Gulfstream Maintenance Manuals, Chapter 5. • Comply with Aircraft physical weight & balances, perform weight & balance calculations and updates. • Review Customer Aircraft Logbooks for Aircraft Service Changes (ASC’s), Customer Bulletins (CB’s), Airworthiness Directives (AD’s), Alert Customer Bulletins (ACB’s) and Flight Manual Supplements for compliance. • Review FAA Form 337’s, Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) and Instructions for Continues Airworthiness (ICA) to ensure accuracy and accountability in Customer Aircraft logbooks and records. • Review and verify Aircraft Floor Load Analysis to ensure compliance. • Updates MyCMP and Aircraft Flight Logs as required. • Continually monitors repair station compliance with FAR Part 145 and the FAA site Repair Station and Quality Control Manual. • Type 70 words per minute.
