Responsible to ensure FAA and Foreign Civil Authority requirements are consistently incorporated into processes and procedures and a structure for standard implementation and monitoring is implemented and Production/Repair Station regulatory compliance and optimize foreign authority approval/oversight. Work closely with each Business Unit\'s management to produce a consistent end quality product. Responsible to develop and build relationships across all disciplines for consistent application of policies and procedures to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Lead and/or support Quality program/regulatory changes and investigations. Develop a cohesive and high performing compliance oversight program. Participate in industry organizations through involvement/networking through PAMA/NATA/ARSA/ AAQG to resolve industry issues that affect production and post production activities such as aircraft certifications, airworthiness approvals, and mobile maintenance. Implement and manage an effective Quality audit/compliance program. Develop and review company policies. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.Perform other duties as assigned.

The first such issued license for a company that has a viable space flight system. Also responsible for the successful update of the RLV license for Virgin Galactic to be the first commercial space company to be authorized by the FAA to carry paying passengers also known as and referred to by the FAA as Space Flight Participants.Extensive background, knowledge, and experience in FAA regulatory compliance for both aviation production and maintenance support. Supported and managed numerous FAA aircraft certification and modification programs. Heavily involved in FAA and EASA part 145 Repair Station operations including component maintenance and aircraft major repairs, modifications, and maintenance. Provided assistance to airlines for regulatory compliance.
