Accountable for all aspects of 3PL warehouse operations within the assigned account who specializes in western style shoes and boots. With a footprint of roughly 300k square feet housing 1.2 million pairs and generating $72.1 million per year. • Responsible for customer deliverables and assigning team members appropriately to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. • Oversee account processes and performance regularly to ensure KPI’s, profitability and customer expectations are consistently met. • Maintain consistent communication with vendors, staffing agencies and account stakeholders. • Research and troubleshoot customers problems and oversee resolution. • Develop and maintain productivity and cohesiveness for a team of 113 including hiring, training and corrective action. • Utilize various company conceptual methods and trackers to achieve targeted ROR. • Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment as well as espousing and teaching a culture of safety.
