As Senior Director of Curriculum within the Culture + Talent team, I develop/maintain Learning Programs and ensure alignment of content across various audiences (with a focus on product expertise), and am developing more robust Learning Programs for Onboarding and Career Development cycles. I work closely with all our internal teams to ensure seamless infusion of new training content within our LMS (Lyearn) and with various SMEs across the organization to ensure their needs are accounted for in content as well as determining if any other teams can benefit from said content.
