California native turned Austinite. I am passionate about connecting with people, great conversation, and a good Spotify playlist. What really makes me want to jump out of bed in the morning is building teams and finding creative and innovative solutions to impact the recruiting process. Every day is different and it’s one of the reasons I love what I do. Currently, I’m a Sales Recruiting Lead at Sprinklr, a Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform for modern enterprises, in Austin, TX. As a tech enthusiast, I’ve enjoyed implementing up-and-coming recruiting technology into the every day recruiting process. I work with each of my candidates to provide a consultative experience and a genuine partnership. When I’m not recruiting, you’ll probably find me at Ballet Austin, building my vinyl collection, or on the trail with my rescue pup, Ro.
