ABOUT JOHN BOND

With over 13 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled Sr. Scrum Master / Product Owner at Boston Scientific, where I lead a 9-person team to deliver business value through data mastering, data quality processes, and data governance. My mission is to enable data-driven decisions and insights across the organization, by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our master data domains. I have a strong background in information technology, IT management, and agile methodologies, and I hold ITIL, CSM, and A-CSM certifications.In my current role, I am responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing delivery against 1 and 3 year roadmaps for our Customer, Seller, Geography, and Product Master Data Domains, as well as our MDM and Data Quality Platforms. I also consult on our Product master data domain and publication of MDM data to AWS and Snowflake for consumption by downstream systems. I leverage my skills in Process Improvement and Enterprise Data to facilitate collaboration, communication, and coordination among stakeholders, product owners, and developers. I also lead the team through standard scrum ceremonies, develop KPIs to assess the team\'s progress and growth, and demonstrate agile maturation of the team against Boston Scientific key metrics.
