ABOUT JOHN HENRY HAMMOND
I’m John Henry Hammond. I studied journalism with a focus on new and emerging technologies at the University of Georgia’s renowned Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications.I have worked as a public relations specialist in the transportation industry, where I learned the importance of being able to efficiently produce well-written communications to be used both internally and externally. During that time, I wrote numerous press releases and internal memos, while also working as a contributing writer for their magazines Great Dane News and Evolving Transportation Trends. My work on these projects helped me grow as a writer and taught me the importance of collaboration across teams as my articles focused on the plethora of different departments within the company. I strive to use my proven communications skills to facilitate connectivity and efficiency in the workplace. Timely and dependable communications are a necessity for businesses that want to build synergy in the office and drive greater revenue.
