Above all, I am a problem solver and communicator. I have led teams in manufacturing, software, digital architecture, and more to serve a variety of customers with a combination of incremental and 0-to-1 innovation. My joy in work is to hear folks around me say \"Wow, THAT\'S cool\"- both my customers and my own team. I try to be a student and servant of people in and out of \"work.\" I helped found and run a non-profit that fosters conversation across social, political, and otherwise deepening divides, and moderated live and recorded conversations to that end. Human connection is fundamental need and I love making that happen. I\'m seeking a leadership role with a company that knows its values and lives by them, is ambitious, and empowers its employees to create and drive.
