Accomplished HR executive, board advisor, and business educator with 30+ years of leadership experience spanning Canada and the UK, across corporate, public, and academic sectors. Former Group HR Director at Royal Mail, contributing to the successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to that, served as SVP of Human Resources at Canada Post, leading enterprise-wide HR strategy and transformation in a complex, unionized environment.Currently teaching and mentoring future HR professionals at Durham College’s Faculty of Business and IT, with a focus on organizational behaviour, labour relations, and strategic HR management. Also advising senior leaders and helping organizations strengthen leadership and elevate performance.Board and advisory experience includes service on the board of SCI Group (Chair, HR and Pension Committee), as well as roles with the University of Oxford’s Executive Education Advisory Board, GP Strategies, Equinoxe LifeCare, Business Disability Forum, and Mental Health International. I hold a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Ottawa, and a BA in Law from Carleton University.
