As Executive Vice President at FORTÉ & on the Executive Team, I’m responsible for aligning and accelerating growth across more than 40 regional business units in the U.S. I also strive to enhance operational continuity and adoption of best practices at each of our U.S. locations to develop a more collaborative / cross-functional team with the skills needed to meet and exceed customer demands. With a background spanning telecommunications and audiovisual (AV) systems integration, I combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery. I’ve led successful transformations at the business unit level increasing sales metrics and profitability. And I’ve elevated FORTÉ service offerings as well as the integration of our Microsoft Practice at FORTÉ. My career path is defined by a people-first leadership style and a passion for bringing cutting-edge workplace technology to life for the customers we serve. Outside of work, I’m a connector and advocate – always seeking ways to bridge innovation and execution to help clients, colleagues, and the broader technology community thrive.
