I am a Chartered Member of CIPD that has been working in the HR profession since 2010 across a number of sectors including Public, Charity, Digital, and Technology.I carry a wide range of experience from employee relations, change management and leadership development. I have the ability to influence stake holders at all levels of a business and adapt my style to their own needs.I\'m also a strong networker, actively seeking not only to keep up with the profession but to lead its change. I have written articles for HR newsletters and I attend CIPD branch events each year.I am pro-active, commercial and risk aware individual with a strong appetite to grow my current role, develop within the profession, expand on knowledge and experience, continue in academic studies and share this knowledge with my stakeholders.
