ABOUT JOHN WARNER

Bachelor\'s degree in Integrated Organizational Communication from Eastern Kentucky University. I am passionate about leading and empowering my team, delivering excellent customer service, and improving the efficiency and quality of organizational processes. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve our shared objectives. As an Inbound Fulfillment Team Lead at Radial Inc, I oversee the daily operations and performance of the inbound warehouse team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory. Prior to joining Radial in Oct 2021, I was a District Team Lead at Primerica, where I managed and developed a team of financial professionals and helped them achieve their sales and service goals. I also have experience as a Telemarketing Sales Representative at RDI Corporation, where I took strides in honing my communication and interpersonal skills.
