ABOUT JOHN STEGMAN

John is a professional and long standing Customer Development Manger who has been in the Labour Hire and Recruitment Industry for over 15 years and over 4 years experience in negotiating with unions, workers and implementing workplace agreements. Over that time John has built a strong network of clients and candidates alike, always delivering above and beyond expectations. He has extensive knowledge in the field of recruitment and has built a diverse set of skills in Recruiting, Marketing, Client Relations and Safety fields. John has an excellent understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and QLD Work legislations. He is able to supply his clients with the best possible service in QLD. He is currently managing a large client base that trust his judgment and the decisions he makes on a day to day basis, in short John is treated as part of their team and strongly feels that\'s how it should be in our industry. John’s long term goal is to keep growing as a professional and absorb as much information as he can about the industries he specialise in. John is a professional manager and business net-worker who is fun to work with, motivates staff and creates a culture in the workplace that has people excited about coming back to work everyday.
