My entire carreer has been in the automotive industry, primarily focussing on new car dealership fixed operations. In my current role, I am working with dealership management to develop strategies to capture the oil and lubricants sales business in their dealership. Once we agree on pursuing this business, I develop a customized solution to train their staff, establish correct inventory, and merchandize their business. My passion is two fold, dealer fixed operations, and working with people that are willing to embrace new ideas and activities that will give their organization, and them personally, a competitive advantage.Specialties: My specialty is training and motivating. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and getting involved with the dealers personell. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone realize the benefits of a new process or idea that you have given them.
