Substantial experience in both Budget preparation for work scopes including Shutdowns, Projects and Class 1 Modifications. Recognised expertise in successfully leading and managing projects encompassing the whole sphere of mature asset development, ranging from minor modifications through major upgrades to field redevelopment and tie-back projects.Liaison with other departments of Drilling & Wells, Reservoir & Geosciences and Field Operations including Process. Excellent financial skills, able to control projects and ensure suppliers awareness and contractor confidence by his presence. Contract Management, that scope of work is completed as per Contract terms and conditions. Is able to quickly form productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and encourage an effective project environment allowing all parties to benefit from technical experience and knowledge with hands on approach to delivery. Large spectrum of skills and competencies in various engineering disciplines of Technical Safety, Process, E&I, HVAC, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Architectural, Subsea, Construction. This technical knowledge and projects provide to ensure that effective interfaces are maintained, industry standards and regulations are met, and health, safety and environmental practices are followed, and ensuring technical engineering integrity.
